Not all of items will still have in stock when placing the order, usually is about 75%--80% will have, so the process is like this: after we get your order that placing from the website already, then we will e-mail you the confirmed order in proforma invoice with shipping cost after 1-2 days to inform you which items we still have in stock of your order that can be sent after payment, please note all this, thanks. (And we really have lots of different styles, it is too hard for us to keep all in stock ............. so buying stock items is like this: we only can send you what we have in stock now of the items that you want to buy, only can send the ones that in stock when you order at that time.)
What is the level discount of the total amount?
1: US$ 300 -- US$ 499 == 2% ;
2: US$ 500 -- US$ 999 == 3% ;
3: US$ 1000 -- US$ 1999 == 4% ;
4: US$ 2000 -- US$ 3499 == 5% ;
5: US$ 3500 -- US$ 4999 == 6% ;

1. How to register?
A: You can register yourself to become our member, which is free of charge. Whatever you have filled will be protected properly. We provide relevant service upon you information. After your successful register, you may log in and order our products online immediately.
2. Can I change what I have ordered into other jewelry after placing an order online?
A: Yes you can, but you need to notify us before you remit! You also need to provide the ID of the jewelry before and after updating. We shall send e-mail to you the new ID for you to confirm .And we have to recalculate the delivery charge because the jewelry weight may be different.
3. How to pay?
A: Foreign currency account number of Western Union, Paypal online and Bank of HSBC HK are acceptable recently.
4. What should I do if the goods arrives damaged?
A: if your order has been damaged when you receive it, try to take a photograph of the package and express your refusal to accept it. In this case, please contact our customer service as promptly as possible.
5. What are the materials of the jewelry?
A: All the jewelry from Kamen Company are made of stainless steel or titanium or tungsten.
6. Do your company send free samples?
A: We are afraid not. We couldn't send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality of our products.
7. How long dose it take to deliver the goods to our customers?
A: After your remittance is received and affirmed, we shall see whether or not finished products are available and send you and email to notify you of the time for delivery. Your order should reach you within 2-4 workdays via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT.
8. If I want wholesale, can your company give me a discount?
A: Of course we give you a discount upon your order. The more you order£¬the more discount you will get. If you need more information about our specific discount policy, please contact our customer service by email.
9. Is the price expressed on your website as US Dollar?
A: Yes, but you can pay by Pounds, Euros with the same value.
10. Do you offer customized making?
A: Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.
11. Is there any sum or quantity limit?
A: Since larger order can help you save carriage, the minimum sum of your order is 100$. As we know, the less your sum is, the more expensive your freight will be, you are encouraged to place an order of over 100 USD. If it is below 100USD, the order cannot be submitted.
12. Whether does the customer need to pay the customs duty?
A: Yes. It is an international convention that the customer has to bear the tariff.
13. Can the necklace be lengthened or shortened?
A: Generally, our jewelry are made according to international standard size. Necklace is usually with the length of 16.5 to 17 inches but they can be lengthened a little bit upon your requirements. If they are made much longer than the standard ones, material fees will be charged.
14. How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?
A: The order is usually delivered within 2-4 workdays. We inform you of the specific time promptly. If you have other questions about this issue, please contact our customer service by email.
15. Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
A: All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being processed. They are nearly the same as the real jewelry.
16. Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?
A: We are afraid not. On the one hand, divided payment will only increase unnecessary expend for you. On the other hand, we are a company with a good reputation established around the world. If you are not so confident in shopping at our store, you are suggested to place a small order for the first time. After you confirm our credit, we may set up long-term cooperation with each other.
